V keeps billing simple and transparent. This policy explains our payment terms, billing cycles, and refund conditions for Fantasy Verdict services.

Payment Processing

Secure Payment Methods

  • • All payments processed securely through Stripe
  • • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • • ACH bank transfers available for annual subscriptions
  • • We never store your payment information on our servers

Billing Cycles

  • Monthly: Charged every 30 days from signup date
  • Annual: Charged once per year (save 20%)
  • • Pro-rated billing when upgrading mid-cycle
  • • Invoices sent via email within 24 hours of payment

Subscription Terms

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings with no cancellation fees.

  • • Keep access until your current period ends
  • • Reactivate anytime without penalty
  • • Downgrade or upgrade with instant effect

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately with pro-rated billing
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of current billing period
  • Pausing: Not available - cancel and resubscribe instead

Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: V provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon payment

✅ Refunds ARE Provided For:

  • Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Cancelled subscriptions within 24 hours of first-time signup
  • Service features not working as advertised in our documentation

❌ Refunds are NOT Provided For:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with fantasy advice quality
  • Poor fantasy performance (V provides analysis, not guarantees)
  • Unused service time or features
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

🤝 V's Fair Resolution Process

If you experience issues, contact us at billing@fantasyverdict.com within 30 days. V reviews each case individually and may offer account credits, extended access, or other fair solutions even when full refunds don't apply.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

⚠️ Before Initiating a Chargeback

Chargebacks hurt small businesses and cost us $25+ in fees. Please contact us first - V will work with you to resolve any legitimate billing concerns.

Required Dispute Process

  1. Contact us directly at billing@fantasyverdict.com within 30 days
  2. Provide specific details about your billing concern in writing
  3. Allow 2-3 business days for us to review and respond
  4. Work together on a fair resolution before escalating

Chargeback Defense

If chargebacks are initiated without following our dispute process for services that were delivered as agreed, we will contest them with comprehensive documentation:

  • Signed Terms of Service and Billing Policy acknowledgment
  • Service usage logs and feature access records
  • Email communications and support interactions
  • Subscription management and cancellation options provided

Failed Payments & Account Status

Payment Retry Schedule

  • Day 1: Automatic retry, email notification sent
  • Day 3: Second retry attempt, update payment method notice
  • Day 7: Final retry, account marked as past due
  • Day 14: Service suspended, account remains accessible
  • Day 30: Account deactivated, data retained for 90 days

Reactivation

  • • Update payment method anytime to reactivate immediately
  • • No reactivation fees or penalties
  • • Chat history and preferences restored
  • • Pick up right where you left off with V

Pricing Changes

We may adjust pricing for new subscriptions. Existing subscribers are protected:

  • 30 days advance notice of any price increases
  • Current subscribers keep existing rates for 12 months minimum
  • Option to cancel without penalty if you disagree with increases
  • Grandfathered pricing for long-term loyal subscribers
